Lady in Red Challenge

Here is Featured Designer Vicki Romaine’s take on the theme “Lady in Red”   http://digidarla.com/darlas-dream-design-team/vicki-romaine/

I choose a young lady and dressed her in a red dress and hat thanks to Copic markers.   She and her mat is on a white card which I have laying on pick cardstock is a little hard to see on the white blog background,  I wanted to make it look a little festive so I did a Bingo Blast in red on the card itself.   All mats were cut with Spellbinders and the greeting is a clear epoxy sticker. Vicki Romaine

    Darla,

Are we allowed to combine your image with a digital image from another company to make a scene?
(Giving proper credit to BOTH companies, of course)

    Thanks,

    Susan
